The Dribble first arrived at Wickwar in 2007 on FA Cup Final Day. The idea arose when someone suggested dribbling a football all the way to Wembley on the day of the Cup Final. This was completely impractical so why not dribble the 111.3 miles in relays around our own playing field.
A course is devised around the field for a set distance simulating the road to the World Cup, featuring many obstacles along the way. At the end of the course there is a goal shooting oppurtunity, with the Senior Team's goalie fielding the shots.
