Comedy Night V

Saturday November 14th 2009 – Compere + 3 Fantastic Comedians

Back by popular demand, Gloucester based Nick got into comedy for a bet, he’s still not sure if he’s won but his comedy diary has never been busier. He made the move from TV (BBC’s Escape To The Country) and now travels around the UK and abroad. “A huge dose of likeability with some very clever material” Bath Chronicle

‘Laconic and charming’ comedian Colin burst onto the comedy scene in 2005 winning the prestigious Jimmy Carr Comedy Idol show and over the last 4 years has cemented his place in the UK’s top comedy clubs. “Genuinely Brilliant” Jimmy Carr. “I knew he’d be funny and he was” Michael McIntyre. “Impossible not to like” Russell Brand. “Brilliant performer” Frank Skinner

Headliner Rhys’ sharp wit combined with ridiculous observations is guaranteed to tickle your funny bone. Welshman Rhodri’s wry humour humour about his globetrotting life as an entrepreneur is broad and colourful, and since settling back in the UK with wife and kids has found a whole new comedy can of worms to root around in. “Hysterical – I squirmed with embarrassed recognition at some of the jokes” Jimmy Carr

Jeremy mixes sharp one-liners with friendly story-telling and sparkling off-the-cut wit. His cheeky smile and friendly nature have endeared him to audiences all over Britain and abroad. “A natural comedian” South London Press “Best act of the night, by far… cutting edge funny” Daily MirrorH
